Rates
NB a 15% discount is given for those hirers living in the parish of Bray (BPR)
Non Commercial rates, these rates apply all year round.
£75 for the 1st 3 hours and £20 an hour after that. (£63 AND £17 BPR)
NB Any weekend bookings that finish later than 6pm
will be charged at the evening rate ie 2 - 8pm = £145 (£125 BPR)
On Friday and Saturday evenings from 6pm - midnight £145. (£125 BPR)
All day Saturday and Sunday for weddings etc £260. (£220 BPR)
Special Wedding rate from 5pm Friday - 12 Midday Sunday to allow for setting up on the Friday and
removal of gifts/Decorations etc on the Sunday £375 (£320 BPR)
The bar is included at no additional cost. NB Minimum spend applies
